We start with a conversation—your event, your story, your goals. You’ll get a tailored proposal outlining your signature cocktail experience.

Once you’re ready to shake things up, we make it official. To secure your spot and kick off the creative process, we require a 50% deposit (nonrefundable).

This is where the magic happens—flavor exploration, ingredient pairing, and creative concept development.

When you’re ready to schedule your Concept Delivery Call (where we present your custom cocktail concepts), the remaining 50% balance is due. Once paid, we’ll book the call and share your custom creations.

You’ll receive all recipes, shopping lists, staff guidance, and ongoing support up to your event.
Typical Timeline
From First Contact to Event:
Discovery to Contract: 1 week
Contract to Kick-Off: 3-5 days
Kick-Off to Presentation: 1-2 weeks
Presentation to Final Delivery: 3-5 days
Final Delivery to Event: 2-4 weeks
Total: 6-8 weeks recommended (rush timelines available)
